Wimbledon Draw

Wednesday 27th April 8.00pm

To be eligible for this year's main draw you:

  1. Must be fully paid up playing member of the tennis club by day before Wimbledon Ballot.
  2. Must be a BTM (British Tennis Member) as of 31st January 2011.l
  3. Must have registered in Ballot by either, emailing name and BTM no. to tennis@bbltc.co.uk, or adding name and BTM no. to clubhouse list, by 12am 24th April 2010.
  4. Must attend the Ballot draw in person or be represented by another person who has previously been advised to Secretary or tennis@bbltc.org.uk and who is not a committee member.

Ballot Conditions:

  1. Only 1 pair of tickets per household can be won.
  2. Tickets must be paid for in full on the night.
  3. If you name is drawn and no suitable tickets are available, you are not obliged to take one.
  4. Tickets must be used by at least one British Tennis Member from the household.
  5. If any successful household in the ballot is subsequenty unable to use their tickets, the tickets must be returned to the Secretary for allocation to those on the reserve list.

Ballot:

  1. The ballot will start at 8pm
  2. The ballot for the 1st pair of tickets drawn will be available exclusively to Committee members.
  3. The ballot for the 10th pair of tickets drawn will be available exclusively to Junior (over 9) and Student members. Junior and Student members are not eligible for other tickets.
  4. Following the draw for the last pair of tickets, 10 reserve names will be drawn (in the event of the club receiving an additional ticket allocation or members returning tickets)

Please also note that: Tickets are non-transferable; the club will be seriously penalised in future ticket allocations if anyone is found to be reselling tickets.

If you discover that you cannot use your tickets, they should be returned to the club secretary, Joyce Gatoff, asap so that they can be offered to those on the reserve list.
